Governance & Transparency
Last updated: 2025
Our governance framework reflects a duty not only to shareholders, but to authors, readers, employees, suppliers, and the cultural communities we serve. We believe transparency is essential to building long-term trust, and we actively embed it through:
- Legal and Corporate Disclosure: All statutory filings are made to Companies House and our registered office details are published in the legal imprint.
- Editorial Independence: Our publishing decisions are made autonomously by mission-aligned editors, with respect for cultural dignity and freedom of expression.
- Stakeholder Consideration: Major decisions affecting publishing practices, digital services, or community engagement are assessed for impact across affected groups.
- Internal Policies: We maintain documented processes for risk management, ethical licensing, procurement, employment, and content moderation.
- Open Metrics: We aim to share measurable impact data relating to sustainability, accessibility, and equity annually or upon major operational change.
We do not operate through opaque hierarchies or external influence. Board decisions at Anglia Press are made in accordance with our Articles of Association, legal responsibilities, and guiding values.
Inquiries related to our governance structure or transparency principles may be directed to mail@angliapress.com. We welcome responsible dialogue and remain open to scrutiny, reflection, and evolution.
